Tomáš Kapička won @ Czech Open Masters - Round 7

7th round of very popular Czech Open Series was held this week in Kolín. It was XRAY’s Max Gotzl who seems all day to win the race. Max got overall TQ in front of František Kalenda (Serpent) and Jiří Beneš (XRAY). In the A main it was again Max who was setting the peace but technical issue cost him win. In the end it was battle between Kyosho guy Tomáš Kapička and local hero Jiří Beneš but Jiři’s engine stopped during refueling so he dropped to 4th place. So, first place came to Tomáš Kapička with Vladimír Pour (XRAY) second and Martin Zicha (Mugen) third.

We managed to finish at 5th place as the best private team and were fighting for postion 4 till a damaged glowplug took us out of this fight 45 mins before the race ended.

Our Kyosho worked perfect all the time and the only sparepart we needed was 1 upper frontarm!!!!
Unfortunally we had problems with our careburators (we think a bad angle to the throttle servo?<
